Open WellGuard cases only on our controlled HTTPS site. There is no public signup or shared site-wide password. Authorized managers provision accounts and organization permissions.

Do not send passwords, session cookies, database credentials or storage tokens through email or contact forms. Use the authenticated password-change screen.
Evidence and review
Integrity checks help detect changed records; they do not independently establish measurement accuracy or regulatory approval. Human review and source documentation remain necessary.
